Marc Laudonio is the Director of Evangelization and Catechesis at the Cathedral Parish. He oversees all aspects of Adult Faith Formation, including Marriage Preparation, Baptism Preparation, and the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA), which is the process for adults who are seeking to become Catholic. He also oversees small group Bible studies, marriage enrichment opportunities, and young adult (20s&30s) activities.
After growing up Lutheran he became an Evangelical Protestant in high school and during his later college years began to wrestle with theological, historical, and spiritual questions that eventually led him to embrace the fullness of the Christian faith in the Catholic Church. He currently lives in Madison with his wife, Julie, who is a special education teacher, and their three children, Dominic (6), Avila (4), and Rosalie (1). Marc recently earned his Masters of Pastoral Theology degree through the Augustine Institute, a Catholic graduate school based in Denver, CO.
