Margaret Bomber
Margaret, who is originally from Marinette, WI, came to Madison to attend UW and never left. She has a BBA in Finance (Class of ’74). She joined the St. Raphael Cathedral Parish in 1978 and has been with the parish and the Cathedral choir ever since, outside of a brief stint as choir director at St. Peter’s in Ashton. She currently serves as the music assistant, which means that she is the assistant director and substitute organist. Outside of her musical responsibilities, she spends the “rest of her life” in banking. Presently she is an Assistant Vice President in Treasury Management at First Business Bank.She is a member of the Diocesan Pastoral Council, is active in the parish St. Vincent de Paul conference, and is a board member and treasurer for Opera for the Young in Madison. Margaret has two brothers, three nieces, two nephews and a great-niece.
