Speaker Bio:

Michael Wagner is a clinical psychologist and published author, whose research and doctoral dissertation at the Institute for the Psychological Sciences focused on understanding identity formation within today's culture. His interest in the complications of identity formation facing today's young adults emerged from his clinical work as a therapist. He recognized that many of the young adults he worked with were facing novel challenges to their interpersonal development, which placed them at an increased risk for developing psychological disorders that impaired their pursuit of happiness. It has been his passion and privilege over the past few years to accompany persons though their darkest moments, as they search for their own paradoxical paths to happiness.
