Theology on Tap

August_TOT_3.jpg

The symposium was an important part of Greek culture - an after-dinner party where men gathered to drink, debate, sing, and hear the epic stories of Homer. These stories were told by heart and learned by heart. However, the symposium was not merely a time of “big-fish” stories, but a crucial place of formation in Greek life. Join us for a modern-day symposium as Josh Dart presents the dramatic story of Jesus. For the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men. It is the story worth telling by heart and learning by heart.

SPEAKER BIO:

Josh Dart serves as Ministry Consultant with The Evangelical Catholic. A recent newcomer to the city of Madison, he loves reading, running, bonfires, and excellent Scotch. Having lead over a dozen international mission trips and served in numerous ecclesial evangelization efforts, Josh is devoted to equipping men and women in the art of disciple making and training them to reach the lost with the life changing love of Jesus.
